About

Zedstar Rocks is a company and brand run by Zedstar/Zadie. We create fun, original products to enrich our lives and express ourselves. To do this, we make bright, colourful, and fun jewellery, accessories, home furnishings, and décor, and daily life items.   

Zadie is a Naarm/Melbourne based queer artist and uses she/her pronouns.

Principles and Sustainability:

We believe that fun isn’t something we should “grow out of” and that it shouldn’t and doesn’t have to cost the earth.

We work according to low-waste and no-waste principles, creating as little waste as possible, reusing what we can, and recycling what we are able before things are put into rubbish. We try to work with primarily cotton fabrics, but also upcycling fabric that might otherwise not be used or disposed of.

We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, honesty, integrity, and to be paid a living wage.  As the business grows, we hope any additional staff will also hold these principles.
